How do you guarantee quality and what motor materials are used?
There is test equipment and quality control personnel at each stage of production. We use 100% copper for both AC and DC motors to ensure durability and efficiency.
What is the expected delivery time?
Delivery for RTS (Ready to Ship) models takes 10 days. OEM orders typically take 30-35 days, while reorders for existing models take 20-25 days.
Is there a minimum order requirement (MOQ)?
There is no minimum quantity requirement; you can purchase a single unit. However, pricing becomes more favorable as the quantity increases.
What service terms do you accept?
We accept various delivery terms including FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, FAS, CIP, FCA, CPT, DEQ, DDP, DDU, Courier, DAF, and DES.
