● Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We have over 10 years of manufacturing experience in Ceiling Fans. Our own production base specializes in manufacturing, ensuring all products come with competitive prices and quality guarantees.
● Can you provide OEM or ODM services?
We offer various OEM/ODM as well as CKD/SKD services, such as LOGO printing and customized packaging. Please specify your requirements in detail before placing an order.
● What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The standard MOQ is 3,000 pieces. For our first cooperation, small orders are acceptable, but the price will be slightly higher. Discounts are based on order quantity.
● What is your monthly production capacity?
Our factory's production capacity is 60,000 sets per month.
● What is the lead time for samples or production?
Sample production takes 7-10 days after receiving the sample fee. After full confirmation, the production lead time is approximately 30-40 days based on the MOQ with customized specifications.
● What are your payment terms?
Typically, we require full payment before delivery. PayPal, Western Union, and L/C are also acceptable. For VIP customers, we can accept 30% TT in advance and 70% TT balance before delivery.
