The fan adopts permanent magnet brushless motor, which has high power efficiency and power factor. Fully enclosed structure, no transmission gear wear and transmission gear noise, no lubrication, maintenance free. Permanent magnet motor is built-in high insulation enamel coil, super magnetic steel body, high temperature resistance bearing. Super torque, large load operation, good temperature rise, smooth operation, very quiet. High power density, compact size and light weight.
Apply the vector variable frequency control methods with the smart technology. Adopts a renowned inverter brand. Well-adapted power environment. Power supply phase failure protection, over voltage protection, over current protection, overload protection, output phase loss protection, output ground protection, over temperature protection, signal disconnection.
The surface of blades are treated with natural color antisepsis and oxidation, and then powder spraying was carried out. By curing at a high temperature of nearly 200 degree, a film of 70 ± 5 um is formed on the surface of fan blade, which is smooth, delicate, beautiful and easy to clean. Color of blade can be customized according to requirement.
