1. Adopt 6061 aluminum and magnesium alloy integrated molding, T6 heat treatment. Anti-corrosion, high strength, good toughness, fatigue resistance. 2. Blade single layer thickness no less than 2.0mm, with 5 extra reinforcement ribs inside to ensure safe operation.
1. Fan blade and basement's connection adopt 45# high strength steel plate with 10mm thickness, anti-deformation and breaking. 2. The connection between fan blade and the inserting plate adopts closely insert connection, then fasten by screw bolt, to make sure the safety of fan's working.
Customized fasten part between ceiling beam and fan, adopt 6mm thickness steel panel. Different ceiling with different fasten part design to make sure 100% safety connection. - T-steel structure: each side fasten two pieces of screw + each side one piece of screw to avoid moving. - Cement structure: each side 3 pcs of M10*100 screw fasten into the cement beam, avoiding vertical force making screw loosening.
Adopt 11pcs of strong screw to fasten the motor with the basement.
Inside the blade is an insert stainless steel rope. The rope will be fastened on the fan blade and basement's connection part. In case the blade falls, it remains hanging by the rope instead of falling down directly.
Stainless steel strips screwed on each fan blade to make a circle connecting all blades together.
4 pcs of stainless steel rope connect the ceiling with the motor at 4 sides, maintaining balance and preventing the fan from falling.
